Pictured below are examples of standard glove boxes, which can be customized for many applications such as assembly or atmosphere sensitive processes, and laser or TIG welding. The boxes can be configured with separate chambers, to isolate one process requirement form another. These glovebox systems are complete full-size stand-alone gloveboxes. They can achieve and maintaining a less than 1ppm H2O and O2 inert gas environment when connected to gas purification systems. Optionally they can be equipped to scrub nitrogen from an inert atmosphere.

The system is modular and comes complete with everything needed to operate the glovebox. It includes the stand, gloves, lighting, antechamber, quick release window and adjustable bin storage systems at no additional cost.

The system is manufactured in the United States with the highest quality components available. It is offered with a wide variety of optional accessories to meet the requirement of almost any application.

The boxes are available in single length, 3-port, 4 -port or double length versions. Custom designs are also available.

Glove boxes can be configured to accept a CNC motion package to achieve program controlled laser welding. Feed throughs for motion and laser delivery are a part of these boxes.
